I will only review the most popular and well-known products.
If you don't want to take any vitamins, avoid them at all costs. A very small number of people actually need them. There is no evidence to show that these vitamins are helpful. I have found several supplements with positive testimonials. Many of these products contain other ingredients (usually chemicals) to protect them. Some of them actually contain other toxic chemicals as well. If you want to stay young, don't buy these supplements, and if you do, get them from a reputable source. The same supplements you have been using for years will have no effect on aging. If you still believe the supplements will make you young, check out The Age Lab. The truth about Vitamin C and Vitamin E If you have tried Vitamin C and are still concerned about it, or feel it isn't worth the money, then you're not alone. Vitamin C is a natural nutrient found in fruits and vegetables. The chemical that makes Vitamin C exist is called ascorbic acid. Most of the other chemicals used in the manufacturing of vitamins have been removed from the supplement that is sold. You can't use them as a replacement to vitamin C. It has to be taken by itself as a food supplement.
